From the 14th August 2023, we are launching Patient Triage. Patient Triage has been designed to ensure that patients are booked in the most appropriate clinic, and at the right time, according to their clinical needs.
This is a great way for you to contact our practice for medical or admin requests for yourself or someone you care for. It is very simple to fill out, so please give it a go. Please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. We think it will be easier for most patients to use, rather than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist, but we would love to hear your feedback.
We understand that change can be difficult, but we believe that this new approach will ensure that patients’ needs are met safely and efficiently.
How do I use Patient Triage?
- Click on the banner on the home screen “submit a new request”
- Open the link to the form
- Select either admin or medical request
- Confirm the request is not an emergency
- Write the request, giving as much information as possible
- Confirm how you would like to be contacted
- Enter your details
- Submit
