Patients (aged 18 and over, and with an NHS number) who received their COVID-19 vaccines outside of England, Scotland and Wales can now book an appointment to show evidence for any COVID-19 vaccinations so that the NHS can securely update the vaccination record.
Anyone vaccinated in Wales or Scotland can ring the Vaccine Data Resolution Service (VDRS) on 119 to resolve any issues.
