Please note as of June 1st 2021, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the telephone. You can request medication the following ways; registering for online access, downloading the NHS app or completing your request on paper and handing into reception.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and either leaving it at the surgery or sending it to us by post. You can also order repeat prescriptions online.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
Please note
SystmOne holds details of your ‘usual pharmacy’. If you wish to collect your prescription from a different location, please type this in the notes box. If you are unsure about your ‘usual pharmacy’ please indicate in the notes box where you would like to collect the prescription.
If you wish to order a medication which is not listed, please type this in the notes box.
You will receive a message from the computer system telling you:
“Your prescription will be ready for collection in two working days“.
Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
This is the only confirmation you will receive.
If there is a problem with your request, we will telephone you.
