This second map includes two boundaries:
- A green line marking our main practice boundary
- A purple line showing our secondary catchment area
If you live outside the green line but within the purple line, you may still be able to register or stay registered depending on your circumstances (all subject to approval):
- Current patients who move to an address in this area can remain registered.
- New patients may be able to register if they live in this area — please contact us to confirm eligibility.
