We do not routinely telephone patients if results of investigations are normal. You can view your results on the NHS app.
The receptionists are unable to discuss the details of results, but can usually tell you if it is normal.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
