Receptionists and Administration Team

The staff in reception are there to help. They will arrange your appointments for any of the services at the surgery and are happy to answer any general enquiries. They are also able to deal with written and online repeat prescription requests. We are unable to receive repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Our receptionists are bound by the same strict confidentiality rules as our doctors and they will ask you brief details of the problem if you are requesting an urgent appointment.

Patients are asked to treat all staff politely and with respect. Violence or verbal abuse is completely unacceptable and may result in you being asked to register elsewhere.
