Dear Patients
On Thursday 21st March we are having a new telephony system installed. This should not affect our incoming calls and should change over to the new system without any issues.
Please note the following;
- Our telephone number remains the same – 01225 742361
- When we telephone you, it will no longer show as withheld.
- All telephone calls (incoming and outgoing) are recorded.
- When you call the surgery and are number 5+ in the telephone queue, you will have the option to keep your position in the queue on a “call-back service”. This will be active between 8:00-17:30.
As this is a new system for us all, please bear with us whilst we get used to it.
