Latest News: Within the Chippenham, Corsham & Box PCN, we have now offered the Covid-19 vaccination to all patients over the age of 60 years old, residents of care homes, care home staff and the clinically vulnerable cohort. We are currently in the process of inviting our over 50+ year olds. In the PCN we have vaccinated over 16,000 patients. We are expecting to reach 20,000 by Saturday 20th March 2021. We are awaiting information on delivery of the vaccine for second doses. Please do not contact the surgery, we will contact you when we can book your appointment.
The NHS is currently offering the COVID-19 vaccine and there is very strict guidance regarding the order patients should be vaccinated. We are currently contacting patients directly when required by the government schedule.

We kindly ask that you do not contact the surgery with COVID-19 vaccine related queries – unfortunately we cannot provide any advice regarding the COVID-19 vaccines or estimate when you or your family may be vaccinated.
COVID-19 vaccination appointments are by invitation only, please do not attend for a vaccination if you have not been invited as you will be turned away.
To support the Covid Vaccination Programme (CVP) we are currently deploying our clinical, reception and admin teams to the mass vaccination clinics. As a consequence we have limited availability for appointments and routine care, such as processing prescriptions, referrals and replying to messages, may take a little longer than usual. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
